Obavia FAQ
Straight answers.
Live sales-call intelligence.
What Obavia does on a call, who it is for, how it handles privacy, and where it stands today.
What is Obavia?
Obavia is live sales-call intelligence: a desktop copilot for people who sell on phone or video calls. During the call it tracks where you are in the sale, catches the words your prospect chooses, and suggests the next question in their language. After the call it gives you a review of the whole conversation.
Who is Obavia for?
Closers and appointment setters who sell on phone or video calls, especially high-ticket offers like coaching, consulting, info products and done-for-you services. It also fits people who run sales teams, insurance and financial-services phone sales, and B2B agency discovery and closing calls.
How is Obavia different from a call recorder or a call summary tool?
Call recorders and summarizers help after the call, when the deal is already won or lost. Obavia is built to help during it: the stage you are in, what your prospect cares about in their own words, and the next question to ask. Others transcribe the call. Obavia reads the person on it.
Does Obavia talk to my prospect or make calls for me?
No. Obavia is not an AI that calls people and it does not speak on the call. A human is always on the call and closes the deal. Obavia makes that person sharper.
Does Obavia record or store my calls?
Private by default. The audio itself is never stored. Obavia analyzes words only, not voice tone, faces or emotions. It is built for consent-based calls, where the other party knows the call is being transcribed.
Is Obavia available now?
Obavia is in early access and we are onboarding a small group of closers first. Live audio mode on real calls is coming soon; today the engine runs on call transcripts. Join the free waitlist at obavia.co.
What does Obavia cost?
Pricing has not been published yet. It will be shared before launch.
Does Obavia guarantee more closed deals?
No. No tool can guarantee results. Obavia helps you hear what matters on the call and know your next question. What you do with it is up to you.
What does Obavia run on?
Obavia is built as a Mac desktop overlay that sits beside your call on Zoom, Google Meet or a phone call through your computer. On screen: the stage, a short live caption, one suggested next question and up to five of the prospect’s key words.
